The difference between repair and calibration can be minuscule or substantial. Understanding the nuances of both and which procedures are required at what point is what our engineers excel at.

While our engineers will do their best to make the maximum possible adjustments allowable under calibration procedures to rectify any faults with units, they are also cognisant that over-adjustments could lead to malfunction of the unit later.

As such, they follow a clear protocol of bench tests, calibration, and teardown to give customers an in-depth description of the repairs and spares required on units (if any).

 

In addition to being experienced with repairs and sourcing spares, our team also reassures customers of the success of repairs by completing a calibration procedure before releasing the unit.
